The first floor of the villa is open type with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three rooms with en suite bathrooms. The 4282 m2 courtyard of the villa has an olive garden, next to which there is a children's playground for the youngest guests, as well as a private pool and an outdoor terrace with barbecue, table and chairs to enjoy dinner. The stone walls in certain parts of the villa give it a charming Mediterranean-style look. Refresh yourself in the private pool and enjoy a drink on the sun loungers in the beautiful Istrian surroundings. For additional entertainment, darts and table tennis are at your disposal. Culinary lovers should not miss the Monte restaurant, which has earned a Michelin star. We also recommend taking a boat trip to the Rovinj archipelago. In Porec, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Here you will find a variety of cafés, bars and restaurants.
