Villa Ivka
The enchanting Villa Ivka awaits you in a rural area in the south of Istria. Your first sight on arrival will be the fabulous pool. Here you will probably spend most of your vacation relaxing, sunbathing and refreshing yourself. The spacious courtyard has a vine-covered area with a barbecue and dining table where you will prepare and enjoy delicious meals. Here you will spend many cozy evenings with your loved ones.
Step inside and feel at home in the open-plan living area. Many beautiful details and the combination of stone and wood will give you a cozy feeling. Each of the 3 cozy bedrooms has its own modern bathroom. A foosball table in the games room with Playstation2 provides an extra dose of fun. If you want some peace and quiet, you can retreat to the small roof terrace. This is also ideal for your first coffee in the morning or a cup of tea with a view of the countryside.
The rural green surroundings are ideal for long walks with your dog, who is also very welcome at Villa Ivka. Book Villa Ivka and create memories for the whole family! The beautiful Villa Ivka is located in a small village near Barban, just a short drive from Pula. Barban is a medieval village known for agriculture, cattle breeding, forests and quality wine. Pula is a city rich in cultural heritage, famous for its Roman amphitheater.
Only 1 km from Villa Ivka there is an adventure park. Only 2 km from Villa Ivka there is a ranch where you can experience horseback riding! This peaceful countryside is ideal for a relaxing vacation and famous places (Pula, Rovinj) and beaches are only a short drive away.
