On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living room with TV and fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen in an open-space concept. The whole area is air-conditioned. There is also another bathroom on the ground floor. Next to the house you will find a covered terrace with a dining table where you can relax in the shade with a delicious meal that you can prepare on the barbecue that is at your disposal. In the garden of the villa there is a pool, ideal for refreshment on hot summer days, and sun loungers. 50 metres from the villa there is a private playground where you can play tennis, basketball or football.
