From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden, where you are sure to spend most of your time - whether in the beautiful private pool, which is illuminated at night, on the sun loungers, in the lounge area, or in the shade of the covered terrace, where you can enjoy meals from the barbecue. All six bedrooms have a double bed. The villa is air-conditioned, has wifi and offers 4 private parking spaces and a private garage.Labinci is a small village just a short drive from Porec. Porec is the tourist center of Istria, known for its beautiful beaches and rich cultural heritage. In terms of cultural heritage, Porec is best known for the Euphrasian Basilica, one of the most beautiful architectural works of art in the world. There are numerous beach clubs, cafés and nightclubs in Porec. You can also choose from several restaurants where you can sample delicious Istrian cuisine. Near Porec you will find one of the best water parks in Istria - Aqualandia, where a day of fun for the whole family is guaranteed. If you want to explore central Istria, you must visit one of the charming hilltop towns such as Groznjan or Motovun and enjoy the view of the breathtaking surroundings.
