Beautiful Villa Unique is the ideal vacation accommodation for those looking for both a relaxing and active vacation. This beautiful, modern and stylishly decorated villa has a private pool and a shared tennis court with Villa Ula with lighting, so you can play tennis even at night. Basketball lovers will also find space here to enjoy their favorite pastime. Besides being active, you can also really laze around here - enjoy the tranquillity of the area in the outdoor hot tub, relax on one of the sun loungers next to the pool or simply enjoy your coffee in the terrace lounge area. Outdoor dining is also possible thanks to the covered dining area and a large charcoal barbecue. The terrace leads directly to the spacious first floor, which is combined into an elegant, open concept space consisting of the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. One of the four bedrooms is also located on the first floor, while the remaining three are on the upper floor of the villa. All rooms are elegantly furnished and equipped with A/C, TV and en-suite bathroom, offering optimal comfort for guests.
