On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living room with sofa and TV, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire room is air-conditioned. Next to the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy delicious dishes prepared on the barbecue at your disposal. In the garden of the villa you will find a swimming pool and sun loungers where you can relax with a book or a refreshing drink, as well as a table tennis table for entertainment. The property is fully fenced and has a private car park for 4 cars.
