The elegant Villa Tuta is located in Pakotane, offers enough space for up to 8 people and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. A private pool is at your disposal, while the sandy beach is only 150 metres away.
On the ground floor you will find a stylish living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms, bathrooms and a terrace with beautiful sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The living area is connected by sliding doors to a beautiful garden, where there is a pool with sun loungers, a barbecue area and a dining table. Children can have fun on a trampoline. Villa Tuta offers wifi, 4 private parking spaces and is in walking distance to all needed facilities.The beautiful Villa Tuta is located in Pakostane, between Zadar and Sibenik. Pakostane is a small place in central Dalmatia, with a unique location between the sea and Vransko Lake. Four unique, beautiful national parks (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes) and two nature parks (Telascica and Vransko Jezero) surround Pakostane.
Zadar is a historic city with a rich cultural and historical heritage dating back to antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Visit the Roman Square, the Church of St. Donat, the Cathedral of St. Anastasia or discover the old defence walls. Besides the cultural and historical beauties, Dalmatia offers a unique gastronomic experience, famous for homemade Dalmatian prosciutto (prut) and Mediterranean blue mussels. Zadar is famous for the light installation "Pozdrav Suncu" (Greeting to the Sun) and the symphony of the Sea Organ. The city completes its offer with various beaches, restaurants, bars and cafés.
Sibenik is the only city in Croatia with two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Cathedral of St James and the Fortress of St Nicholas.
