Close enough to York centre to walk, clean tidy and comfortable, very good communication with quick responses, very good information pack in the apartment and directions to the apartment. Definitely would stay again if we come back to York.

The property was beautifully presented with very tasteful decor and all the facilities you could need such as dishwasher, washer/drier, hairdryers and free toiletries provided. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch with some nice goodies on arrival. Parking space a huge bonus too!
The only slight issue was that it was very hot in the apartment although we did make use of the fans provided.

Two fans were provided for each room. Very close to 3 supermarkets.
A little noisy one evening with chatter in the hallway. Providing kitchen towel would have been helpful.
