The room was clean, spacious, well appointed and central with a fully equipped kitchen, including juicer, toaster and blender, which is great if you want to make a nice breakfast before a day out at the gorgeous beach. Our host was wonderful, communicative and quick in responding to all of our questions.

Location is a+ but nothing more. We liked the restaurant downstairs who served good food at a very decent price.
The room did not reflect the picture or description of my reservation. No soap, no shampoo, not a bottle of water[I saw that another room had....a water cooler] even not a cup of morning coffee. They weren't able to locate my reservation upon arrival and it took a while for the person on site to sort things out[There's no reception area]. Breakfast should be included. We were there off season and the price was way too high for what we got. Been traveling Mexico for the past 40 years and we love Lo de Marcos but will stay somewhere else next time.
