Chalet à Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, 8 personnes, 4 chambres

Demi-chalet charmant, comfortable et bien équipé pour 7-8 personnes. Tout y est et tout fonctionne très bien. Bien situé entre la ville et Le Bettex avec l'arret bus devant la porte. Très pratique ! Belle terrasse. Rapport qualité-prix très correct. Contact avec les propriétaires et le concierge sur place très efficace. Tout es bien expliqué et on reçoit très vite une réponse à ses questions éventuelles. Je recommande !

Pas d'infrastructure urbaine et magasins en proximité immédiate. Le chalet étant situé entre la ville et Le Bettex, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller faire les courses. Cependant, tout est joignable en 10 min et l'offre est abondante.

The appartement is well equiped and near the bus thats brings you to Bettex.

there were some shortcommings (broken lights above the dinertable, broken light in the livingroom, no lock on the toilet, no front on the dishwasher, door of the dishwasher did not stay open during filling, broken drawer for vegetables in the fridge and sinks in the bathrooms full of hair) we considered acceptable in a rented appartement. Although we expected better for this price. But when leaving the housekeeper discovered a scratch of 3.5 cm on the bar he assumed we made it although we did not use the bar except for paperwork . We recieved a bill for repainting the whole bar for 300 euro’s. They stated they had to do the whole bar because there would be colourdifferences bit the bar was already scratches on multiple Places before we arrived and at the second Floor there are maior colourdifferences on the Floor🥴. So they set a higher standard for restoring then they deliver themselves. In the picture is the small scratch they accused us of and the scratches they admitted that were already on the part of the bar that I took the picture of because of the accusation.

Loved the location. Easy access to the slopes. Very comfortable living area for relaxing in the evening. Cosy and warm. Good kitchen facilities. Nice views. Had a couple of issues. The owner and concierge had these items promptly rectified. A good service. Would definitely stay again.

Didn’t like that we had issue with kitchen sink leak and dishwasher obviously new and hadn’t had installation completed. Shower filled up due to blockage. One bed broke during stay. These issues were promptly resolved.
