48 The Brent

Car park and facility

Host was very quick to respond, helpful and kind Great room with everything you would need.

The beds had a slight dip in the mattress but nothing too bad.

It was very secure. The entrance to the hotel was protected thanks to a smart keypad security lock system. Once you book and pay for your room, you are given an access code that allows you enter the hotel building along with a special padlock key compartment next your hotel room that unlocks itself via your access pin order for you obtain your hotel room keypad. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable and the location is not too far from station in fact it’s 10-15 minutes in an uber.

Before I start I Must mention that the hotel owners had to re-locate my mum (who I booked the hotel for) to the sister branch of this hotel called “The Fulwich hotel” just a few minutes down the road due to a sudden pipe/ water issue at the 48 brent hotel. Now overall she enjoyed her stay but their were a couple of things that she did not like about the hotel that could have been improved. Firstly, when the cleaners came to clean her room they did clear her bins and replenish her tea and coffee refreshments but for some reason they did not change her towels for a fresh one nor did they do bed which is quite surprising since this is the minimum that anyone would expect from the hotel cleaners in any hotel that one was to go to. Secondly the rooms were nice a cosy like I said earlier with nice beds, a mini fridge, desk, en-suite bathroom and a TV on the wall but the cupboard had no hangers for my mum to hang up her coats & clothing etc. Again very surprising since every hotel she has visited I the past few years, even a slightly budget hotel has always provided hangers in your hotel closet even me (her son) has never stayed at a hotel that did provide a cup aboard or wardrobe with a few hangers to hang your cloths. Overall the hotel was great stay but I just feel that if these two things were addressed, then her overall stay would have been excellent.
