This was a xmas gift. So, it was a lovely surprise. Easy check in instructions. Loved the Harem cottage decor, the location of the spa in the floor was a great experience, the bed and wow the breaky provided was amazing. Great location to the town of Gembrook. Walking distance to the shops.

The spa, fireplace and wood supplied. Comfortable bed.
Toaster that didn't work, one tiny milk for 3 day stay when breakfast was included for 2. No tea bags and dirty dishes in the cupboard.
