Chambres au coeur du Massif des Trois Pignons

The location in a spacious residential forest area is absolutely wonderful and quiet. It is at a dead-end road, so no passing traffic. Coming from Paris, it is only 20-25 minutes from the exit at the Route de Soleil (a few kilometers before peage starts). The navigation apps could find it easily, although the helpful instructions from the host certainly also helped. The last two kilometers are a bit bumpy roads, but nothing any car cannot handle. We also enjoyed the relaxed procedures for our later arrival, just before midnight. We could let ourselves in, it was properly lit and most things were self explanatory. The appartment is the left side side, level floor of a house on a large plot. It has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. One room has a fold-out couch-to-bed, a microwave, a kettle and coffee/tea arrangement, a selection of books and a breakfast table. There is a bathroom with a toilet and shower (hot water takes a while). The master bedroom has cupboards and a selection of games. The curtains in both bedrooms can darken perfectly and the heating (during out cold January stay) could be controlled. The second bathroom has a fullsize bath, a faucet and a window without curtains. The breakfast is simple and fresh: large croissants for each guest, apple juice and tea or coffee. Our family of four also got two breads, confiture, cereals and milk. This was served in the room, so we could eat in the comfort of the cosy appartment. The wifi was simple enough to set up (just a long password) and also just works the next day, without any hassle. There are plenty of power outlets for charging the phones and power banks. Unloading and loading the car was also convenient, since we could park so close and everything was level floor.

Not much. The pillows for the couch-bed were a bit small, even for kids. There is no television or fridge/freezer inside the appartment. While there is no fridge, we could put our electric coolbox in the secondary bathroom, which has a mains socket.

Très bon petit déjeuner avec croissant et pain frais. Le calme en forêt était très appréciable.

Le matelas, qui mérite d'être remplacé.

Un hébergement ideal, au cœur du massif des trois pignons, très calme. Un petit déjeuner copieux servi par des hôtes très sympathiques et discrets.

Generell kaum Insekten vorhanden, leider fanden ein paar Ameisen den Weg in ein Zimmer. So ist das auf dem Lande manchmal.
