The house was very clean and was able to accommodate 7 people. The bed was very comfortable. We checked out a day early only due to the fact we had seen the Grand Canyon and we had gotten back to the house early. There was really nothing else to do in the area and our next stop was two hours away. My husband didn't want to backtrack back to the house so we moved on to the next location. When you get to the stop sign on the main highway you can make a left and there is a restaurant and gas station just up the road. I wish I'd had known this. But anyways back to the house. It was a plesent stay. We enjoyed it.
The hot water was an issue with 7 people taking showers, after the 5th shower my daughter and I did not get one as there was no hot water left and it was late. I didn't want to wait for it to build back up. I was expecting it to be an issue anyways. As long as ypu space out your showers it should be fine. I also wish there was a broom in the house. I am a very clean person and a broom would have made me happy.

The location is great, close enough that its just a 25 minute drive to the Grand Canyon but remote enough to get all of the stars. It was very clean and had enough beds to accommodate our family.
Oof several things were broken upon arrival, and when reaching out the response was very subpar. Basically got a its already ordered, a we dont use that, and nothing in response at all. Out of fear we would be blamed I took pictures and offered to send them. The road is advertised as unpaved which is accurate, but it is a very rough unpaid road. The ac in the unit seems to be motion activated, so if you leave all day for the canyon in the middle of summer you will come back to a 90° tiny home...not exactly ideal. They send a very large number of text messages, emails, and booking messages but you have no way of reaching them other than booking and their responding is questionable. It was a place to lay our heads after the canyon so it did its job. Oh, for those who are light sensitive...light floods the house starting at around 5am. It gets VERY bright.
