Few items were not working in the flat , but it was rectified once we informed the care taker. Kitchen utensils are past their best and need to be replaced.

The serviced apartment that I stayed in, was cheaper than the hotel in terms of room rent and food cost. However, there is still some misconception on the cost of stay in Service apartment vs Hotel. The concept of serviced apartment is a fully furnished accommodation 2 BHK. Wherein once a day housekeeping would be done, consumable replenished and rest is do it yourself. I am not saying that all will undergo the same experience. I also know many of my friends who are more fascinated by the grand welcome given in the Hotel, large atrium and an elaborate buffet. But then there are some who preferred a homely stay with homely food.

I liked the property because it has a spacious living room, a modern kitchen, and the location has access to lot of basic needs. It also has a good location, close to shops, hospitals and public transport. I recommend my friends circle to book this place. I request the property to reserve the place for me on my next visit. 10 out 10.

If the property includes breakfast or lunch or dinner it will be helpful for the people travelling in odd times.
