Çok geniş bir daire. Temiz ve bakımlı duruyor. Giriş çıkış çok rahattı. Hemen bahçesinde otopark alanı var. Yakınında ihtiyaçların karşılanabileceği marketler var.

Dairede hafif bir rutubet kokusu var. Aşırı rahatsız etmiyor ama yinede hissediliyor.

Lünliyanada gezmek isterseniz biraz uzak kalabilir ancak bulunduğu bölgede konum olarak iyi bir yerde ve yakınlarında market mevcut.

Banyo sonrası bütün sular salona kadar gidiyor ve temizlemek için hiç bir alet yok (çekpas, paspas vb.) ev halkından kimse banyo yapmak istemedi. Temizlik iyi değildi, yerler kirliydi özellikle kanepe altı ve üstü. bir yerde örümcek ağları görmemiz hiç de hoş bir durum değildi.
