Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für den Alltag benötigt. Ein Pluspunkt ist der Tiefgaragenplatz und die beheizte Auffahrt. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, so dass man auch zu Fuß einkaufen konnte.
Leider wirkte es so als wäre die Wohnung schon länger nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Hinter dem TV Schrank befand sich eine Menge Staub und auch an den Fronten der Küche konnte man Reste von Speisen oder Getränken erkennen. Zudem befanden sich so Haare im Badezimmer und an den Handtüchern.
