The apartment was comfortable, quiet and really peaceful, exactly what I needed. The gym was a great bonus. The owners hospitality was next level, warm and helpful, and they made me feel properly at home. The whole place was friendly, relaxed and comfortable. 5 stars
Honestly nothing, it was all great.

The decor, furniture, old yet cozy atmosphere and owner’s personal attention.
The access is very difficult especially if you have heavy suitcases and you have big vehicle. There is no parking. Ie does not have elevator. Location is difficult to travel trace, however owner was very helpful. All difficulties are forgotten once you are inside the room.

Amazing property , the host family were so welcoming, kind and helpful. It’s great space that makes you feel at home. Soumik and his wife Donna were so accommodating , from helping book massages , to taking us to the cinema, they weee always so open and friendly. A special place indeed.
It’s a little further out the center but much more quieter and easy to take a taxi around.

A lovely stay at a beautiful bungalow! Turquoise Letterbox has so much charm, and what truly made the experience special were the amazing hosts and the entire team. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making the stay feel comfortable and personal. It’s a wonderful place to experience the character and charm of Kolkata. Would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay with great hospitality!
