It’s a beautifully decorated house with spacious kitchen and living areas, and lovely views out to trees and wallabies. It seems new, very clean and well appointed. The heating system was great when the weather cooled. And it was fabulous being only a five min drive into town but with plenty of space and serenity. We were so happy we’d booked here.
While we had a fantastic and comfortable stay, if you’re booking half the house, it’s perhaps better suited to two adults and two kids. We were four adults and sound from the living areas travels straight in to the upstairs bedroom, and the only bathroom is a good size but has a door off the main bed (no lock) as well as the living room (lockable), so feels a bit like an ensuite.

Location was close to town but far enough out to be very peaceful. Loved all the wildlife of a morning and afternoon.
Some comfy outdoor chairs on the back deck would have been amazing and the guys that stayed upstairs said it was a bit hot and stuffy a standard window would be great as it would open up a lot more to let the fresh air in.

Just loved it here. Jonathan was an amazing host— warm, welcoming, responsive, and so helpful! Just coming back to this house every night felt like home— peaceful, homey, and relaxing. Even had a kangaroo and her Joey stopped by at dinner. I wish I could stay here forever. I will definitely stay here again!
