Great location overlooking the Ocean
Had to use the gas fire in the main room, but there was an obvious smell of sunburnt gas present. This is obviously a health hazard and would need to be rectified.

The location, the space and was comfortable. The spa was great and the views awesome. Also proximity to shops and Kiama centre is convenient. The house is very spacious and the open kitchen area fantastic.
No notice given when the spa guy came to clean it, he just appeared in the back yard.
