Apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood, it is well communicated with rest of the city. It is equipped with everything you may need for short stay. It was really warm inside. It is easy to get inside and communication with owner was fine.
Worst issue I have with this apartment is hygiene and overall cleanliness. As the living/sleeping area was fine in that matter, bathroom wasn't. I understand that it is probably not owners fault, as they for sure have someone to clean there. But they should look more into how cleaning person does their job.
Bathroom floor was just dirty, it wasn't only limescale streaks. Sink and mirror looked like they wasn't properly cleaned for quite a long time, there were toothpaste splats on that mirror. If you plan your stay here, bring your own towels just in case.
Another issue I had were beds; not really comfortable for two people, as they were just two single beds pushed together. They were really soft, but that is a preference so not a problem. Problem was the fact that even if you touch them slightly they move, so it's really easy to wake up in the middle of the night and see that you have fallen on the floor between them.
