    I had a pleasant stay at The Fern Residency, Ajmer. The hotel offers a comfortable atmosphere, clean rooms, and good hospitality. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the overall experience was satisfying. The food was good, and the hotel was a convenient base for exploring Ajmer and nearby attractions. Overall, a good option for a comfortable stay in Ajmer. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

    Stay was really excellent. Food and drinks are of top quality. I would also like to thank all staff especially Asish (Reception) & Yograj (Bar). Looking forward to visit soon.

    Courteous staff...right from entry staff to reception to housekeeping and kitchen... everyone is just great...rooms were spacious and clean!

    Long story short Day 1 ISSUE 1:- Booking email says 12 pm checkin but i got my room at 1:30 pm ISSUE 2 :- Rooms are soo small not at all worth with the price range same price range with larger space you could find near by ISSUE 3 :- Air conditioning was frequently making noise in 5-10min of intervals Day 2 Issue 4 :- NO Hot-water was available Issue 5 :- ants inside Cookie &snacks kept on bar counter. 2nd half Atlast they changed my room & upgraded at no cost but guess what now this room’s fan was making noise. Please Please don't go with the Brand name its not properly maintained how other FERN’s are You can book if you want to waste your money. Thank me later
