We stood in a row for 45min and there were only 2 people at the desk

The host was great and helped immediately with everything.
It would have been nice to have cushions for the balcony furniture.

Location was very good.
Cleaners are friendly and helpful.
Facilities:
1. Washing machine did not work.
2. No egg lifter, kitchen scissors and dustbin bags - provided on request.
4. Shower leaked - bathroom very wet; shower water drained very slowly.
Cleanliness:
1. Very dusty stoep and floors.
2. Corridors cleaning fragrance was a sharp chemical smell and should have been a “calming” smell…
3. Provided half used toilet rolls!!!
Comfort:
1. Difficult to sit on couch - slides off the whole time… thus very uncomfortable.
Restaurant:
1. Drunk male guest - he should have been removed…
2. Very expensive (over priced).
Lobby:
1. Chairs are dirty. Need a good cleaning!
