Było bardzo czysto wszystko jak na zdjęciach okolica spokojna godne polecenia.

Lokalizacja na 6! Idealne miejsce. Sam apartament czysty, bardzo zadbany,. komfortowy i czuliśmy się naprawdę ugoszczeni.

Byliśmy 4 noce, więc nie zdążyliśmy jakoś mocno odczuć, że czegoś bardzo brakuje. Raczej z przyzwyczajenia, a nie z konieczności, przydałby się toster w apartamencie.

The apartment was in a very central location, close to the old town, with excellent tram links that were easy to use. Although it was noisy at night, the location made it convenient for exploring the area. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen facilities were useful for a family stay. It was also nice that there were puzzles and games available for children. A welcome pack would have been very helpful, including information about the apartment, local attractions such as the zoo, water park, playgrounds, the square with the goats, shopping centres, tram routes, and useful taxi numbers for guests unfamiliar with the area. Overall, the apartment had potential, but it felt more like someone’s personal home than a dedicated holiday rental.

Getting into the building was very unclear. There are two entrances, nowhere does it say “Komeda Apartment,” and the keypad buttons were badly worn, making it difficult to work out how to enter. We were only informed a few days before arrival that the apartment was on the third floor. Access involved climbing over 40 steep, curved stairs, which should have been made much clearer in the original listing, especially for people with mobility issues or families with young children and pushchairs. After locating the keys, the apartment door would not initially unlock. When we finally got inside, the door would then not lock properly from the inside, which was concerning from a safety perspective. The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered, which was very unpleasant as non-smokers. Some of the listing photos do not match the apartment. While the dining chairs being different was not important, the fold-out bed was completely different from the one advertised. The listing showed what appeared to be a small double sofa bed, but it had been replaced with a single bed, which significantly affected our family’s sleeping arrangements. We were informed on the day of arrival that the air conditioning was broken and should not be used. We contacted the rental company regarding the broken air conditioning, smoke smell, and incorrect bed, but although they said they would look into it, we never heard anything further. The apartment became far too hot and uncomfortable without air conditioning. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the entire stay, which was inadequate for a family booking. The apartment directly faces a snooker club, with a cocktail bar further down the road. It was extremely noisy on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, with loud noise continuing well into the early hours of the morning.
