The property looked like the pictures! I have been burnt by accomodation in recent times with pictures not matching the property - using outdated photos. This was not the case. The apartment was clean, and still in good condition.
Also we were missing a hairdryer which we needed as attending a Wedding and it was delivered the next day. Great Service
A blind should be looked at in the ensuite bathroom as you can see straight out and people could see in even though its up high - I have suggested this to the host already. Other wise all was great.

Locationt was great,
They should answer the phone with the number they supply. We stay only four nights because we had a two funeral's on Wednesday and Tuesday they only text back once. Luckily no emergency needed during the stay.

Plenty of washing cleaning products supplied
Lounge and chairs were low- making it uncomfortable .
No instructions to use remote for curtains
Would have used dishwasher if we’d known to bring tablets- 1 supplied only

Location, excellent bedding ,secure garage
The lounge room rug and all the seating were very soiled. We were too embarrassed to invite any family around- it was Christmas! Couch needed replacing and bathroom window had no privacy at all. We had to attach Christmas paper to use shower or toilet.
