Light Filled Apartment by Albert Park & Lake

The location suited my needs perfectly and the car park was easy to use. There are plenty of amenities nearby.

The bed was soft, which is not my preference, but surprisingly comfortable.

The property itself was nice. Apartment was spacious and well appointed. The building was good. And very quiet considering it is on a main road. Balcony was lovely to sit on even in the rain.

The mattress was worn, it caved at the sides and gave you a feeling of falling out and you couldn’t sit on it to put your shoes on. It was lumpy. Couch was small, uncomfortable and felt unstable. The shower in the master bathroom was filthy. The drain had not been cleaned for years and the hair build up in the drains is totally obvious. You couldn’t shower in it as the water would not drain and it made me ill to look at. It is a simply job. Also the 2nd shower was not cleaned as there was still shampoo or soap all through it.
