* Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen bed + King single — spacious and great for families **NEW AIR CON UNIT INSTALLED, FEEL COOL THIS SUMMER**
* 1 modern bathroom on the ground floor
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster
* Open plan living & dining with vaulted ceilings, smart TV, and tasteful decor ** CEILING FAN INSTALLED TO HELP BEAT THE HEAT!**
* North-facing deck & garden to soak up the sun and enjoy the mountain views
* Large sliding doors let the light in and open onto a private outdoor space
* Weber BBQ available upon request

You’ll have full access to the house, garden, deck, parking, and drying room. The BBQ can be made available on request.
Peaceful location in old Wanaka. Close to the lake and sticky forest as well as many other scenic walks/tracks. The iconic Mt Iron is a short drive away (3-4 mins).
There is ample parking in and around Wanaka, and walking is a favourite mode of transport with the locals.
The property is professionally cleaned after each guest, and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Linen is included in the cleaning fees.
Guests and should comply with the parking requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
No smoking inside the property.
No parties or events.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

This was a great place for our family of 5. The location is very convenient to downtown Wanaka and the area hikes/attractions. Large windows with lots of natural light and views!
