• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available for $150 per day, with a 2-day minimum, and can be heated up to 82°F. Spa heating is always complimentary and available from 8:00AM to 10:00PM daily!
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• Hosting more than 13 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.

Loved the property and the large amount of bedrooms and beds that could accommodate our group. The pool and patio area is absolutely fabulous and we enjoyed it immensely. The management/hosting team was wonderful to work with and super responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend booking this fabulous house for a group that wants to enjoy a fabulous San Diego stay!

House was amazing! The perfect spot for a bachelorette! Home was clean and so picturesque. The back yard is very private too, feels like an oasis. We had some issues with the hot tub and pool staying heated, but the management company was quick to respond and send the owner out who then called pool maintenance. We didn’t get to use the pool as intended, but the response was appropriate and we even got a little pizza out of it.

I had a girls trip to this beautiful home! Everything was very clean, spacious, & clean pool towels provided. We felt well taken care of and all of us had the best experience staying there! We didnt want to leave!! Not to mention, the host was very responsive and kept in close communication so we had every we need! I highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

The house was beautiful and looked similar to the photos. Check in was simple and easy. Everything was wiped down and appeared clean but the floors were dirty. I reached out to the owners about a problem with bugs. They were in the kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, and on the counter. I understand some bugs are typical but there were a lot. I bought food to cook throughout our stay but ended up not using most of it because I didn’t feel comfortable cooking in the kitchen . The owners couldn’t get pest control out over the holiday weekend so their solution was to use the bug spray under the sink. I asked where I could find more paper towels and I was told under the sink. When I mentioned they weren’t there, nothing else was said so I went to the store to buy more (the vrbo information said these were included). We were also out of toilet paper. The pool began to flood and the breaker blew when two guests were using a blow dryer. These are all minor problems but when tied in with the bugs and sending several messages throughout the stay, it was a little frustrating. We all loved the pool and backyard space. This helped the overall stay by far! We comfortably fit our 13 guests.
