About this apartment rental

One bedroom contemporary condo located in the heart of the Biltmore touted as best part of Phoenix.
The Biltmore Fashion Park mall within a stones throw away as well as a Golf course, LA / Lifetime Fitness, Esplanade movie theater, the best restaurants around and plenty of entertainment. Under 15 minutes drive to the airport, Scottsdale, and downtown Phoenix. The grounds provide tennis, 3 pools and covered parking. This spacious condo is freshly remodeled and features a large balcony. Enjoy!

Convenient having laundry in the condo. A very comfortable place to stay. Parking space was difficult to back out of when the spaces next to us had vehicles in their spaces. But it was nice having our vehicle in a covered space. We stayed a month and would recommend working with Natalia as a host. She was very helpful and returned our calls promptly.

Very well located and convenient condo. Clean but with dated kitchen closets and unfortunately rather uncomfortable chairs and couch. It was difficult to have a comfortable seat. Dining table & chairs, laundry facilities good. Bed good. View OK. Covered parking excellent in hot Phoenix.
