Both bedrooms have a sitting area equipped with 6o inch tvs to enjoy in privacy
Living room has a 86 inch tv with surround sound
Sofa is luxury leather that reclines
To relax
Dining are seats up to 6 pp with an island to include 4pp
Also a high chair for infants
Outdoor Seating in front with Pergola seats up to 8 pp
Front porch has seating as well
Lots of parking for guests to bring
A RV or boat
Access to Placid Bay Association
Where you can dock your boat and take a trip out to the Chesapeake Bay
Key and instructions upon request
Colonial Beach is 5.6 miles away and
Ingleside Winery 4 miles from house
Other things to note
Life jackets are supplied and kept in storage on the dock
Swimming supplies, chairs , fishing rod
are kept in the She Shed
Please be sure to return all items and
Put kayak back on rack with paddles
Pllease be sure to tie up paddle boat and secure to dock and put cover on

We were looking for a quiet weekend away and Carmen's place was just what we needed. There are many indoor and outdoor spaces with views of the "lake" (looks sort of like a canal). The place was spotless and was the most well-stocked rental I have ever stayed in, with lots of choices for coffee, hot drinks, and soda. It is about a 10 minute ride to town and we enjoyed the house so much that several times we got take out or groceries so we could eat at "home" instead. Carmen was great with communication. A+, 5 stars.
