“Life is Good” at this lovely beach cottage. Homeowners have lovingly updated over the years, careful to keep the charm and character of the original house. You can even bring your furry friends to make memories beachside. The main level has an original tongue-in-groove ceiling and beams, adding a quality of coziness to the modern kitchen and furnishings. You will love the many decks available and the sweeping ocean views welcoming you every day. There is plenty of room around the pool with a table for meals and ample seating. The hot tub is conveniently located poolside. Too much sun? The large dune top gazebo has plenty of seating available where you are within easy reach and can watch all the fun on the beach. Want to take an adventure outside of your week-long accommodation, head to one of the many wild horse tours, restaurants, shops, and watersport docks that Corolla conveniently offers. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.
All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Cute place with lots of spiders, and a wierd stale pee smell when we first arrived. The location was perfection. The pool was delightful, the ocean front was gorgeous, and we would defintely come back. The kitchen was stocked well with good quality items. The wine cooler was excellent to have and left us with plenty of fridge space for food. Grill was the perfect size for having 10 people staying in the place. Beds were comfy, but I think I will bring my own pillow next time. Be prepared for lots of steps....

The house was a great size and layout, All the porches and decks were great. Pool and Hot Tub were clean and the property management was excellent and quick to respond to any needs. Beach was not too crowded and very clean. Bring Beach/Pool Towels!!

Pictures of properties should really be updated on a yearly basis. Although storms happened up until our stay and a few days in the beginning. Pool area had so much sand around it was like a second beach. Inside of the house hasn't been cleaned well in who knows how long. Copious amounts dust on fans, lighting fixtures etc. The return vent filter on the HVAC sytem looked like it hadn't been changed in over two years or more. This property has a beautiful view of the ocean but it is not lovingly restored or kept up properly. The top floor sliding glass door leaks water into the home so badly the carpet gets wet up to a 3' radius around door and water damage is visable through ceiling to the main floor with kitchen. Grill made available is so rusty I wouldn't use it. Hot tub was nice but I was told the amount of sand visable in picture included is normal. Property management did send someone out to clean pool but no one is cleaning the errant sand from pool, walkways, outdoor showers or parking area under house on a regular basis. Would not rent this property or from this property management group again. Communication was good for check in and check out. However, no one is properly maintaining this rental home.
