It's a match made in heaven for you and your party of 8 right in the heart of Destin at the fabulous Jade East Resort. This popular vacation destination is across the street from The Big Kahuna Water Park and within walking distance to numerous attractions and restaurants. Pinkie Flamingo surveyed the action from her perch on the rooftop of the iconic Destin landmark. The stunningly white shoreline of the coast played invitingly with the sparkling emerald water of the Gulf. Stretching on for miles in either direction and promising endless recreational opportunities....the scene was breath-taking! With a private beach access, seasonally-heated pool and hot tub, outdoor grills, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts…it is no wonder travelers in the know select Jade East over and over again.

Well located and tastefully decorated, we greatly enjoyed a spring break here with three generations of family members. We would happily come again!

This was our first time renting this condo or staying at Jade East and it was wonderful! The location is magnificent and right on the beach, so we were able to walk down and enjoy it. The heated pool and hot tub was so great since it was chillier than expected. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, they gave clear direction and was great at communicating. It was stocked very well and the furniture was lovely. Looks just the photos. We had a few hiccups, but they were resolved pretty quickly. The elevators stopped working the first night and we had to carry groceries up 3 floors, but I needed the exercise lol. They forgot to leave parking passes, but I texted and they got them to us within the hour. We also had to sweep when we got there from leftover sand, so that would be one thing I'd suggest they do better. Overall, I would highly suggest staying here. We will definitely be renting this condo again.

Parking passes were not given inside of the unit. Received warnings on cars. Needed to to go the property manager to get the paper passes to put in car for parking lot.

Great gated complex with fast elevators, a beautiful pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach. Beach service attendants were excellent. Beds, furniture and appliances were all in good shape. Condo was as advertised and clean. We had a AC condensate drain line clog up and causing a leak when we arrived. Pinkie had a repairman there promptly. There was a slight unpleasant mildew smell in the unit for the remainder of our stay. Overall great place.
