About this house rental
Absolutely adorable lower unit in a craftsman bungalow duplex on a tranquil corner in North Beach.
Located just north of Ballard - only about a block from private beach access (North Beach)!
After exploring the city, come back to check out the sunset over the Puget Sound with a short walk to the beach, then kick off your shoes in the spacious back yard and enjoy the peace and quiet!
For any stay longer than a week, you must have at least one 5 star review.
Quiet hours between 11PN and 8AM.
The space
Kitchen table and chairs by a big window overlooking the back yard in the kitchen, love seat and two chairs, a desk and office chair, smart TV in the living room and a queen sized bed and a dresser in the bedroom.
The only common space is the back yard.
Quiet hours are between 11PM and 8AM.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire lower unit - the laundry is located through the door past the kitchen sink. Myself and the cleaners have access to the laundry room for supplies. There is a door that locks from the inside of your unit, to the laundry room, for your convenience,
Other things to note
I have just done work to limit the amount of noise between the floors (big improvement)!
