About this apartment rental
Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .
Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.
Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Loved this place. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We were able to walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The building had its own pool. There are places to walk to to eat but they were pricey. We ended up Ubering some meals and with a full kitchen you could cook.

The price and space were both good, with a very useful kitchen and a lovely view of the bay. But the photos are clearly of a different unit entirely. None of that beautiful furniture exists - it's an old loveseat, two chairs, and a dining set that's a step above plastic. There's one wall of windows, which is lovely but clearly not what was promised, and most annoyingly for us as we were on a working vacation, there is absolutely no desk. The carpet isn't blue, it's a dingy brown that looks like it's never been cleaned, and in one spot it was wet. (Also, small thing, but note that the ensuite bathroom is off the room with two double beds, not the king, and that room does not have a TV.) My kids are young and didn't care, and the price was fine for what it was, but it's absolutely a fraudulent listing.
