The open-concept living area is designed to maximize the breathtaking ocean views, with large windows and glass doors that beckon you to the sun-kissed deck. The living room features a TV, perfect for relaxing evenings, and it seamlessly transitions into the spacious dining area, where you can savour meals with a backdrop of rolling waves. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty counter space for culinary creations.
The three bedrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite, is a true sanctuary, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate shower. The two additional bedrooms are generously sized and offer glimpses of the lush coastal landscape. Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 with bunk beds, and 2 additional twin beds.
Outside, the beach house invites you to embrace the outdoor lifestyle. The deck is perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, or simply unwinding in the shade of an umbrella. Our stay was fantastic. There are water views out of every window and also from the deck, whether it be the Gulf of Saint Lawrence or North Rustico Harbour. The house is so spacious and open. You can watch the sunrise and the fishing boats going out in the morning and the sunsets in the evening! The upstairs seating area has big windows for a great view of the Gulf, sunrises, fishing boats and the stars. The house is very well equipped, with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. We saw a fox roaming in the sand dunes and we were regularly greeted by 2 young pheasants on the lawn in the morning. Also regular bald eagle sightings. The house location is perfect with easy access to the beach, a couple of great restaurants right across the road and a short walk down the boardwalk into town for the local bakery, more restaurants, shops and the fishing boats. The local people were so friendly, always going out of their way to greet you and provide suggestions of things to do and see.
