Important House Rules:

No indoor smoking – $600 penalty and possible cancellation.

Pets Policy
• All pets must be approved by the host. An additional fee applies.
• Unauthorized pets will incur $500 extra fee.
All guests must be registered. $50 per unauthorized guest.

No parties/events unless pre-approved. Violations may incur a $1,000 fine.

Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Respect neighbors—sound travels.

We do not recommend package delivery—we are not liable for lost or delayed shipments.

For extended stays, a mid-stay cleaning may be required every 7 days ($150 per service).

We normally request an additional deposit of $100 per stay. This amount is refundable within 48hours after checkout, once our cleaners confirm there's no damage. Please report any damage with photos on the day of arrival.
