About this apartment rental

Enjoying direct access from the street, this idyllic 1 bedroom ground floor apartment gets you right in the heart of the action while offering the peace and tranquillity you need after a busy day. Welcomed by a private leafy courtyard to absorb the local vibe with a cocktail or coffee, you’ll love how you can be so close to the action, yet so secure in this private spot. Set up to work remotely, with indoor pool, it’s the perfect place to visit for work, friends, family or simply be a tourist.

This hidden escape is a refuge of comfort, privacy and ease. In a large apartment complex yet with its own private entrance, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the seclusion behind the raised garden bed that protects you from overseers when you’re relaxing in the paved courtyard or enjoying a barbecue.

Inside is stylish with its modern plush couch, vogue armchair, glass coffee table and wide-screen smart TV, while offering a setting for 4 on the glass dining table, and an office desk with power points underneath. The kitchen wraps around the edge of the living space, featuring a gold metallic mosaic splashback, stainless steel appliances, integrated Fisher and Paykel dish drawer, a fridge, an espresso machine and is stocked up with herbs, condiments, oils and vinegar so you only need to buy your essentials.

The bedroom is framed by frosted glass panels for absolute privacy. It features a king size bed, built in robes and the finest of linens and extra pillows. You might even find some board games, some reading material and a puzzle to keep you entertained. The radiant bathroom has a large frameless glass shower, toilet and beechwood vanity that feels fresh and light with its crisp white towels. A fully equipped laundry also sits in the bathroom.

This dynamic complex has a 6th floor indoor lap pool with a stunning corner window spa that takes in the view of the Adelaide Hills as well as a sauna.

Footsteps to the outdoor art installations and food trucks at Light Square Wauwi, you’ll be mesmerised by the night life, the dining experiences and the closeness to the University of Adelaide Village to catch up with your uni -aged children or city-based friends.

Only one street away from the Adelaide Central Market, Chinatown and TAFE SA’s Adelaide campus, you can walk up to SkyCity for a night at the casino after a day of networking at the Adelaide Convention Centre, enjoy morning walks around Ellis Park or take a round of 18 holes at North Adelaide Golf Club.

While there is paid off street parking nearby, it’s a 700m walk to the Glenelg tram stop, there’s buses along all the main CBD streets, the tram on King William Street takes you up to the Festival and river cruises with Popeye Torrens River Cruises, or enjoy a day out on a winery tour bus.
