Second stay here - this time for a graduation ceremony. Very clean, nice and comfortable and you had everything you needed for a great trip - even a charcoal grill to make burgers. Additionally, the couple that own it are great! It helps that everything is close by as well. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with this rental.

I’m not sure why I didn’t review this before now. Thought I did but since I’m coming back for another return visit I will go ahead and review the property.I stayed here with my parents last September. This place was excellent for our needs. Admittedly, my mom wished there was a bigger bed for her and my dad but she did tell me that she could’ve slept on the couch because of my dad’s snoring lol. Beyond that the house was perfect. Great location (my son lives in Bowling Green) plus we had everything we needed for a great day! Even the location was perfect since we were near the interstate. I really can’t rate this enough but for our needs it was perfect.

This was the perfect location for our stay while attending Moparty at nearby Beech Bend. Our host, Milton, was great to deal with as well.

The house is nice and in a convenient location. It's kind of like using someone's empty house which they also use. Milton was amicable and got us some TP when requested.
He required an in-person meet for access and an interview on our stay; Initially requesting an early check-in which we could not make, and he gave a couple hours leeway. He was very nice the whole time, just surprisingly untrusting. There's an indoor security camera which he unplugged the network cable but not power, so I disconnected the power cable as well.
After we left, he noticed a scratch on the floor at the front door which we didn't use so that was awkward, still waiting on how that plays out.
Unfortunately, there's no extra sheets, blankets, sleeping pillows, etc. No shower shampoo/bodywash or anything other than hand soap. The lack of these was a bummer for a couple of us and the host wasn't receptive on changing, which is ok. There were towels and sheets on the beds and some throw blankets on the couch which is nice.
