The Seevilla Kormoran is a detached, premium vacation villa with a private garden located at the end of a cul-de-sac, right on the shore of Lake Fleesensee. Parking is available directly on the property.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the house features a balcony and two terraces, a charcoal grill, and outdoor furniture, making it the ideal base for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
Surrounded by trees, it’s just 60 meters to the lakeside promenade and an excellent Italian restaurant. The outdoor hot tub, heated to 38 degrees year-round, offers a dreamlike setting for unwinding in the evening under the stars.
The house is exclusively equipped with an infrared sauna, Nintendo Switch, Netflix/Prime streaming TV subscriptions, and a comprehensive range of water sports equipment. Personal flotation devices, SUPs, canoes, and kayaks are available to our guests free of charge.


Families love our extensive selection of children’s amenities, including sand toys, a toilet seat, a step stool, games and books, children’s tableware, and DVDs/Blu-rays. Dogs are welcome!
With 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom featuring a shower and tub, our 100 square meters comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults + 1 child up to 3 years old in a crib.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and balcony access (160x200 cm), partially blackout-capable with mosquito netting
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm each), partially blackout-capable with mosquito netting
- 1 bedroom with a single bed, balcony access, and an infrared sauna, fully blackout-capable with mosquito netting

The spacious living area on the first floor is perfect for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher, two high-quality coffee makers, a kettle, an egg cooker, baking supplies, and children’s tableware.
A starter kit (dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, dish soap, trash bags in the trash cans, and soap) is provided. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies they may need. 


For evening entertainment, in addition to Netflix and Prime subscriptions, various DVDs/Blu-rays, books, and games, as well as a Nintendo Switch, are available.
A vacation with us is sustainable: in a low-energy wooden house with an air-source heat pump and 100% green electricity, as well as innovative living space ventilation with a pollen filter.
