Welcome to Highridge B16B, a fantastic one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Nestled at the base of Killington Mountain, Highridge Condominiums is the premier resort complex in the area, meticulously designed for your comfort and enjoyment.
This stunning resort offers a wealth of luxury amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, hot tubs, and private saunas—making it ideal for families and groups seeking both relaxation and adventure. The breathtaking views of the Vermont mountains enhance the experience, providing the perfect backdrop for your outdoor explorations.
Step into the inviting living room, featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or hiking. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenience, boasting an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, along with a dining area that seats 6 for memorable meals together.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included in the unit. The queen bedroom is a peaceful retreat, complete with its own flat-screen TV. The full bathroom features a sauna, offering a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of outdoor adventures.
Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival.

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information.

We were looking for a good place to stay near the mountain and this property/condo had everything with wanted. Tons of couches to relax on, a fire place, sauna, outdoor hot tub.
