We had a wonderful Christmas at the house. It was perfect for our needs as we had two families staying together but had additional family coming to visit during the daytime. There was ample areas downstairs to host everyone for Christmas. We had 10 in total staying at the house and the sleeping arrangements were easy with the number of beds. But during the daytime we had up to 14 at the house and were very comfortable spreading out or all in the main living/dining area. The basement area was a nice touch with the pool table and separate TV and sitting area. The kids were able to go down there and hang out when they got too bored with us parents. The neighborhood is nice and we took advantage of several walks through the parks and nature areas. It is also located just a mile or two off the main strip of Randall road that has all your groceries, restaurants, etc. Michael was very easy to communicate with and they had even put up some Christmas decorations around the house, which was a wonderful touch.
A few extra comments. The pool table and equipment were in excellent condition. We used the grill out on the back deck and it was in great condition. It was winter so we didn't need the pool, but I could see that being a big attraction for the summer months.
