Other observations
✅ The photos of the rooms show air conditioning, but it is not working. The parts haven't arrived in time for repairs. Therefore, air conditioning is only available in the 5 suites.
✅ Swimming pool, spa with hydrotherapy, shallow area, and colorful LED lighting.
✅ We do not provide bed linens and towels.
✅ Laundry room (washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner).
✅ Cable TV, TV room (with Vivo channels, 42" TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi)
✅ Hot tub with whirlpool water. Note: At check-in, if not already provided, please ask where the circuit breaker is switched on. It is switched off to prevent the button from being activated without water inside, which could damage the motor.
*CONDOMINIUM RULES*
✅ Do not hang clothes on balconies and windowsills.
✅ Animals must be on a leash and accompanied by their owners.
✅ Do not drive faster than 20 km/h within the condominium.
✅ Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor recreation area.
