What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached
- Large private backyard
- Master bedroom has good sized closet and very comfortable bed
- Beautifully decorated space designed by a local with unique furnishings and warm ambiance
- Easy self-check-in via. secure door keypad
- Lightening fast WiFi
- Easy access to our amazing local reservoir and Boise river
What some guests may not like about our listing:
- All of the bedrooms are upstairs, which makes this not very ideal for anyone with difficulty using stairs.
Our house comfortably sleeps 5 with 2 queens and a decent sized couch in the living room for the 5th.
- The home occupancy permits 5 overnight people.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
We have an EV Charger at the property for $5 per day usage. Please message us ahead of time so we can collect payment and turn it on for you!
Complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, wine fridge along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
The whole house, and backyard are yours to use.
We live about 45 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.
*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

This property worked well for us. I would stay there again. We had a family gathering and this property is 5 minutes to my sister's house. I appreciated the upgraded appliances, as strange as that may sound. The area was very smoky and the air quality was not good... we didn't utilize the backyard.

Everything was as advertised and this home was fantastic. We stayed for 38 days and it was perfect, felt like home. When required to communicate with the Host they were always prompt with their responses. We highly recommend this home, especially when a long term stay is required.
