Pros: Clean, spacious, good location for everything in Olympia, nice neighborhood, comfy furniture, property manager very responsive, kitchen very well stocked with good utensils for cooking. Con: slightly noisy from busy road nearby when enjoying the deck outside. No central AC, some portable AC units, might get hot if the temperature is unusually high. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others when visiting the area.

Would have loved for the bride, groom and a few others to be able to come for a brunch but as the listing says, no gatherings. Too bad, it’s a perfect, big space to do things like that…but we still had a good time there!

We stayed at William's property for a few days for a family event in Olympia. The house was spacious, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals for a full house. We loved that there were games - the women won definitively at Pictionary, much to the men's chagrin. And you can't beat the views, plus a 90 second drive into downtown. Thank you, William!!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! First of all I want to thank William for cheerfully helped us enter the home. Such a nice host. Upon entering the three of us immediately noticed how spotlessly clean everything was. We get together once a year and this was by far the cleanest ever. Nice decor, plenty of space, beautiful views of the water, capital building, city lights and Mt. Rainier. I've raved to many people about our stay and. Thank you again for everything! Pam Ekrem
