Our 3-day stay in this London property fell short of expectations. While the location was convenient and the space itself was decent with one bedroom and two bathrooms, several issues impacted our comfort and enjoyment.
1) Noise Issues: The biggest problem was the noise. Being an underfloor unit, we were subjected to constant noise from the unit above on our first night. The second night it was quite, because I think the guest above us moved out.
2) Hot water: The hot water valve in the main bathroom seems to be broken. It only dispensed scalding hot water, making it almost impossible to have a proper shower. I had to mix the hotwater with the cold water from the vanity to clean myself.
3) Stained Sofabed can be better cleaned: The sofa bed, which we planned to use, was covered in stains upon arrival. It was an unpleasant feeling to sleep on it.
4) Slow response: Communication with the host was slow. Simple questions like the location of spare bedding for the sofa bed took 6-8 hours for a response. This resulted in me sleeping on the floor without a blanket the first night due to the lack of communication.
Overall I think the place has good bones, but can be better managed. I'd probably choose to stay at a hotel instead next time.
