About this cottage rental
A cute freestanding cottage, about a quarter mile walk to East Sandwich Beach, .8 mile to Scorton Creek. hiking trails nearby also. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. This unit has been remodeled recently with many upgrades. Brand new stacking washer and dryer, new microwave, new furniture. Enjoy the beach, floating on the creek and cooking out in the yard. My family and I live on the property, so I am usually able to respond to any requests almost immediately. Please let me know if you would like recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc. You're welcome to use the firepit in the front yard, town regulations mandate that flames be no higher than 2' tall, so please only use a few logs at a time.

5 star place and host! Definitely recommend. This place was great. Very clean and comfortable. It was a short drive to the beach and centrally located to get to anywhere on the cape. About an hour and a half from Boston. Sandwich is an amazing little town. All of the restaurants and businesses in this area were amazing. The listing was accurate and Tony was very helpful. He recommended places to eat, and activities to do with small children. He and his wife did go out of their way to put some items we had delivered in the fridge for us as we were delayed many hours in getting there. We had two kids under two. He responded quickly and seemed to really care about our stay and comfort. Can’t ask for anything more. Long story short - we had a horrible flight and travel issues getting to Boston. We were delayed many hours but Tony was very accommodating and helpful. He communicated frequently and was extremely accommodating. Tip: stay here and go to the Hyannis whale watching tour!

We loved the big house, with a room to each one and two full bathrooms, WIFI, Washing machine and dryer, everything needed. The host replyed very fast, and was very flexible with checknin and check out time as the house was not taken after us. It helped allot!! It is a short walk to the beach, although most of it is closed to the public. But within 20-40 minutes drive youll find places to go like - bike trails, beach trails etc. We enjoyed the house very much and will certenly recomend!

East Sandwich is a hidden gem! We have been going to the Cape for many years but never stayed in this area. It rained the whole weekend but there was so much to do. Loved the glass museum and fun for the kids. On our last day the sun finally came out so we were able to go to the beach close by. It was beautiful and the water was so clear. Would love to come back in the warmer weather!

Tony’s place is cozy and conveniently located. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Tony is very nice and had terrific communication. Definitely a recommended stay!
