The home's kitchen is well-equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space, when you aren't whipping up your favorite dishes here, head into the vibrant city center of Pagosa Springs where you'll discover a wide range of delicious eateries and cafes. While you're out and about, be sure to pay a visit to Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, Rocky Mountain Wildlife Park, and Wolf Creek Ski Lodge. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall good but the property needs air conditioning or evaporative cooling. The basement wasn't too hot but the main floor was very uncomfortable.

Plenty of space for our team to stay, to eat together, and to work together. We had trouble accessing the property at first as the entry layout is a-typical and confusing.
