This beautiful modern house with 3 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms in the south of Regina. Only 5 minutes away from the airport, and 10 minutes away from Downtown. Short drive to Ring Road making it easy to access most locations throughout Regina.

We rented this home because of its locale in a quiet neighbourhood, and the open concept.It was more than expected and offered all that we required.I liked the 'extras' of a bag of ice in the freezer and the reverse osmosis system for drinking water.The beds were very comfy and the main floor half bathroom was very handy.Everything was appointed with care, and the communication with the host was very well received and with prompt replies.We will stay here again if available for our next visit.Highly recommended.

Great spot for 4 adults for a 5 night stay. There was a lovely back deck but no chairs to sit on… that would have been nice. As we like to prepare our own meals, we wished there was at least one more frypan, a few more bowls, more dish towels, and a dish rack.
Air conditioning worked well, beds were very comfortable, bed linens were new and clean. If we were returning to Regina we would stay again.
