Sleek and sparkling with a classic, contemporary design that belongs in the pages of a magazine, Mayflower Lakeside 301-45 is a spacious three-bedroom condominium with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Located on the top floor of a brand-new Park City community, this luxurious oasis has all the bells and whistles needed to create an amazing Rocky Mountain retreat for you and your whole crew.

The underground GARAGE parking is super convenient, with an elevator that takes you right up to your front door. Once inside, the bright and open entryway leads into the elegant, expansive LIVING AREA. Soaring vaulted ceilings and large windows with transoms overhead provide lots of natural sunlight and plenty of opportunity to appreciate the surrounding mountain views. There’s also an electric fireplace in the corner, a velvety soft sectional sofa, two leather armchairs, and a 65” HDTV for cozy evenings in with a bottle of wine (or two).

Next to the living space is a formal DINING TABLE with seating for six, and a quartz-topped island with four bar stools leads into the KITCHEN. Luxe Viking appliances include a high-end gas range and a spacious refrigerator, plus a dishwasher, a microwave, and of course a coffee maker, all surrounded by polished dark brown cabinets and glossy white countertops. Around the corner, there’s a LAUNDRY NOOK with a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

Down the hallway, the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE houses a sumptuous king-size bed, 55” HDTV, and a glass door out to the sunny terrace. The ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM has a double marble vanity and a step-in shower. In the SECOND GUEST BEDROOM, there’s a queen-sized bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has two twin-size beds. Another FULL BATHROOM also has a double vanity and a step-in shower and can be accessed from the hallway.

Located just moments away from some of the most popular Park City hiking/mountain biking trails and ski slopes, Mayflower Lakeside 301-45 makes it easy for your whole group to plan a day full of outdoor mountain adventures, regardless of the season you choose to visit. This lovely, brand-new neighborhood is also a short drive away from tons of local dining and shopping, as well as entertaining downtown Park City.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.

Pets/EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Guest Portal, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

Mountain Mover offers complimentary transportation for residents and guests of the Mayflower Lakeside Area to Deer Valley East Village Ski. This pilot program runs from December 19, 2025, to April 19, 2026, and operates daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Note: As this is a brand-new development, there is some construction in the area. This building is complete, and the area construction should have little to no impact.

We enjoyed our stay in this new beautiful condo with views of mountains and the new ski resorts going in across the highway. Well appointment and clean. We were able to relax and cook lovely meals.
