Overall, we had a great stay here with a group of 8. The house was spacious, the location was excellent, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. With a few small fixes, this place could easily be amazing.The main issue was bugs inside the house. There were a ton of gnats throughout the stay, ants in some cabinets, and occasional cockroaches, including in some kitchen pots. A couple of the glass slat windows were missing screens and also couldn’t fully close, which seemed to let bugs in. In several bedrooms, people were also getting bothered by bugs while trying to sleep.There were also a few maintenance/cleanliness things: the dishwasher didn’t clean very well, the dryer was extremely loud, the fridge ice maker leaked constantly and didn’t work, and at one point the hot tub stopped heating because the pool/spa water levels got out of balance. Some bedding and kitchen items could have been cleaner as well.That said, we still really enjoyed our time here overall and felt these were mostly manageable issues that could be fixed pretty easily.

Absolutely perfect! The home is amazing and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Very responsive to any needs you have. Location is a few minute walk to the beach/restaurants etc. Pool and hot tub were an exceptional bonus-

We were a party of 6 adults and two children (6 and 8 years old). We had plenty of space both inside and outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was good. A few issues arose during our stay. - the hot tub was not on and it took several requests for help. We finally got it running ourselves but it needs repair. - the coffee pot was missing a filter basket insert - the upstairs shower had marble flooring and was dangerously slippery when wet. I told our contact we needed a mat - no response - a powerful rain/wind storm knocked out our power for 24 hours. We lost power around 7:00pm. We had to use cell phone flashlights to search cabinets/ drawers for flashlights. We finally found two with dead batteries and but later found more batteries. I called the MauiLife emergency numbers for help and left a message, never got a call back. - the pool overflowed several times - there was a roof leak into the hall by the upstairs bathroom, we put a pot to catch water
